Therapy

Therapy is an opportunity to explore yourself, your strengths, and your challenges in order to navigate through life's journey with greater ease and confidence. At different stages of life, we are asked to navigate through the world in differing ways. Given that, my therapeutic approach varies based on those differences. Through all my work, I value an exploration of relationships, including the therapuetic relationship, as I believe it provides a valuable lens into how we relate to the world and relate to ourselves.
