About
As a native of urban California living, a deep gratitude for diversity has long been at the core of my professional and personal values. A related empathy for the multitude of life experiences out there led me to pursue a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA. The majority of my work has been in serving youth and their families within community mental health settings, with a particular interest in adolescent mental health. This work has included providing therapy, psychological assessments, clinical supervision, and program development. In addition, my private practice offers a different way to reach the community, In this setting, I provide individual, family, and couples therapy as well as psychological assessments and immigration evaluations. One of the great gifts in this career is the constant opportunity for growth and learning. A great portion of that learning comes through each individual with whom I have an opportunity to work.
